Zazen meditation is practiced by followers of Buddhism. The methods vary, but the basic principles are similar. The aim of zazen is to meditate, suspending all judgmental thinking and letting all ideas, words, images, and thoughts flow through the mind without dwelling on them. Many people feel energized after practicing zazen.
Anyone who is new to zazen should email firstname.lastname@example.org and arrive by 18:30 for initial training. While there is no dress code, we recommend wearing clothing that is comfortable and has sleeves.
Changing rooms are also available.
