BIJ.TV caught up with former Mayor of London Ken Livingstone at MIPIM Japan 2015, an inaugural conference for professionals in the real estate industry. Livingstone, who was mayor when London successfully bid for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, was a guest speaker at the event, addressing a number of topics including city investment, sustainability, legacy and lessons learned from the Games. With Tokyo 2020 approaching, now is a great opportunity to learn from the man who began the UK’s journey to London 2012— one of the most successful host cities.

Knights in White Lycra 2017: Ride for the Cause Published on July 3rd, 2017

Forty amateur cyclists left Tokyo on May 25, 2017 for Knights in White Lycra’s annual fundraising ride. The goal was to pedal 550km and raise ¥7 million for Mirai no Mori, an NPO, to send 25 children in care to winter camps and help them overcome fear, gain self-confidence, and give them life skills to better prepare for adulthood.
